Umbrellas

In a world where all babies are delivered by umbrella to their new parents, one girl's umbrella has a hole in it, letting in the storm and leaving her with a fear of the rain. Luckily her father can provide protection by using his large beard to always give her shelter. When her excitable dog runs off into the rain, the girl and her father set off in pursuit but become separated. Will the girl be able to confront her fears and rescue her pup?
